Have you placed an order at our online store but realized that you need to change some details?

I'm sorry to tell you this, but unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order you have already placed or change the quantity of products ordered or the shipping address...

Don't worry though, we are always at your complete disposal!

If you are experiencing an error with an order you have already placed, you can proceed by following this short guide:

  • Contact us to inform us that you would like to make a return;

  • Wait for the courier to deliver the package to you;

  • Once you have received your order, perform the return procedure at this link.

Once you have completed the return procedure, you can proceed by placing a new order!
