Easykon for MyHome is certified by Apple and works with Apple HomeKit while Easykon Lite for MyHome is not compatible with Apple HomeKit because based on Raspberry Pi hardware.
Compatible accessories
The accessories on the BTicino MyHome system are automatically configured by Easykon for MyHome and made available on the apps and voice assistants for the Apple, Google and Amazon Alexa and in the IFTTT platform. Each category of accessory has particular characteristics that are described in this article.
Light
The light accessory is used to control the switching on/off and intensity/dimming of a light source.

The controlled outlet accessory lets you control whether an outlet is turned on or off.

Switch
The switch accessory lets you use a generic actuator to manage different devices.

The thermostat accessory is useful for controlling room temperature, changing it and managing it.

The window covering accessory manages the opening and closing of a window covering.

Door (available from version 1.1)
The door accessory manages the opening and closing of a door.

To use the Door accessory with Google, you have to use the security code. Set it in the Freedompro app.
Using the Google platform, you can only control the doors with voice commands.
Check that your Easykon for MyHome has the required firmware version to configure a Door accessory.
Garage door (available from version 1.1)
The garage door accessory manages the opening and closing of a garage door.

Gate (available from version 1.1)
The Gate accessory manages the opening and closing of a Gate.

Lock (available from version 1.1)
The lock accessory allows you to lock or unlock a lock.

Automatic switch-off: | period of time that starts when the accessory is activated and during which the lock remains under tension (unlocked). Once the time that has been set has passed, tension is removed from the accessory (the lock locks again). (Staircase light function). |

To use the Lock accessory with Google, you have to use the security code.
Set it in the Freedompro app.
In the Amazon Alexa platform you can choose to allow the use of the App and/or voice commands to lock and unlock the lock. Check this setting in your application. If you decide to make the lock unlocking available through voice commands, set the security code directly from the App.
Check that your Easykon for MyHome has the required firmware version to configure a lock accessory.
Scene (available from version 1.1)
The scene accessory allows to activate a scene configured on the BTicino MyHome system.

On the Google and Amazon Alexa platforms, scenes can only be activated with voice commands.
Check that your Easykon for MyHome has the required firmware version to map a Scene accessory. Products installed before firmware 1.1 were not able to identify this accessory.
Normally MyHome buttons activate 2 scenes, one with a short press and one with a long press. To allow Easykon for MyHome to correctly identify and configure both scenes, during the configuration, please activate both, one after the other. Once the scenes have been configured, you will find the two corresponding accessories in the list in the configuration panel, you will be able to identify them because they will be marked "Long" and "Short" to indicate whether it is the scenario activated by long or short press.
If you use just one of the scenes in the MyHome button, but they both appeared in the list of accessories in the configuration panel, you can disable the one you don't use to make sure it doesn't appear in the application for the smart home you use.
Window (available from version 1.1)
The window accessory allows you to manage the opening of a window.
